The staff is cold, distant and a bit uncaring. I was talking to Dr. Amis on a recent visit and she walked out in the middle of my question. I always try to see Dr. Martinez when I visit. He listens and tends to work with the client to the best of his ability on cost. Dr. Thomas and now I can add Dr. Amis do not listen, talk to the client about questions or concerns, they are in and out well within less than 2 minutes. They have become extremely costly and tend to push expensive batteries of tests that are not always necessary. My recent experience( 10/30/2025) was one of the most negative experiences with a veterinary office I have ever had.

Love Dr Martinez and the staff. They always take great care of my dog and he makes sure to explain everything in detail and answer all my questions.

The Dr is fantastic and the staff are sweet as they can be! They were very considerate of my dog being under the weather and in a new environment. Their building is very nice inside as well!
