I can’t say enough about Dr. Rawlins. I brought my cat in for a last minute appointment as a new patient because he was having some serious medical issues. She came up with a treatment plan and had him stay for 2 nights to undergo treatment. She made sure to call me at least twice a day while he was there, and when I brought him home, I spoke to her and the vet technician (Tara) about some concerns I was having. I could tell that Dr. Rawlins and the staff cared about the long term health of my cat, and they were more than willing to have me bring him in for any follow up concerns and exams. I never felt like I was being a burden with questions, and they seemed genuinely concerned about my fur baby. She even referred me to the UGA Veterinary Teaching Hospital for weekend and specialized care. My sweet boy ended up passing on when I brought him back to Ross from a conglomerate of medical issues, and during that difficult decision after a week of treatments and diagnoses, they were gracious, patient, and compassionate. I even ran into Dr. Rawlins a couple months later, and she was ever so kind in asking how I was doing since my cat’s passing. I can’t recommend her enough, and I thank her, Tara, and Johnny for their kindness and personable care during my cat’s final days.

For 9 beautiful years, Dr. Ross cared for my grumpy Canela with so much love, dedication, and compassion. From the very beginning, she treated her not just as a patient, but as family. Through every visit, every concern, and every stage of Canela’s life, she was always patient, gentle, and incredibly attentive. She took the time to explain everything and made sure we felt supported and understood. When the time came to say goodbye, she handled Canela’s passing with such dignity, empathy, and kindness. In one of the most painful moments of my life, her compassion brought comfort and peace. Thank you for being there for us until the very end. I will always be grateful for the exceptional care you gave her. You are truly an amazing veterinarian, your Team is the BEST and we were blessed to have you. @Johnny @Tara
